Salari Farm emerged in 1998 in the Varamin area spanning around 35 hectares. Building upon this rich heritage, we expanded to the Mubarakabad region in Varamin to enhance quality and facilitate organic production. Presently, our farm stands as one of the select few organic pistachio orchards authorized by Switzerland, further validating our commitment to excellence.

At Salari Farm's operations

The pistachio harvest typically commences in the latter part of September. The meticulous process of hand-harvesting adheres strictly to health protocols. Following transportation to the processing facility, mechanized machinery takes over to carry out an array of operations, including peeling, washing, initial screening, dehumidification, and precise sorting. This efficient procedure ensures the highest quality standards are met, providing you with exceptional pistachios.

Maintaining stringent hygiene standards throughout the preparation process

The semi-moist pistachios are strategically laid out on a sanitized mosaic floor to facilitate thorough drying. Following a two-day exposure to sunlight, both the kernel and shell achieve complete desiccation. The dried pistachios are then meticulously gathered and conveyed to the warehouse for packaging, ensuring a premium quality product for our customers.

Trustworthy Brand

The use of any kind of poisons and chemical fertilizers is prohibited in the Salar farm and pest control is done using microbiological methods. Also, natural fertilizers such as organic chicken manure are used to strengthen the farm soil
