Our pistachios originate from Varamin, southeast of Tehran. Each shipment is specified by variety, size, crop year, preparation and packing format.

All Salari Farm pistachios are naturally open. We do not use mechanical or chemical methods to open the shells. Hygienic harvesting and processing controls are applied to prevent aflatoxin contamination, while organic production excludes synthetic pesticide use. Lots are supplied with documentation confirming compliance for aflatoxin and pesticide residues.
